SportLogic has been selling sports management software across Australia and New Zealand since 2006, and their site says it is built for racquet sports growth. That is a long time and a real business. Sweepa is for venues where competitions are part of the week and the price is on the website.
Written by the people who build Sweepa. Everything below about SportLogic is what their public site said on 3 September 2026 — check it yourself, and tell us if we have it wrong. We do not quote their prices, because they do not publish one and ours is the only one we can promise.
Seasons, fixtures, grading, ladders and a real finals bracket, with team fees and captain-pays-then-squad-pays splits. SportLogic’s centre operators page lists booking, classes, memberships, payments, reporting, messaging, POS and staffing — leagues, competitions, fixtures and ladders were not among them on 3 September 2026.
Casual hire and recurring blocks, plus coaching terms, holiday camps, in-house leagues and open games — sharing one calendar, so a camp cannot double-book a court a member has already paid for.
The booking that paid for the court can unlock the door and bring the floodlights up, and turn them off when the slot ends. Sweepa does not sell you gates, keypads or controllers — it drives the ones your venue already has.
Money goes to your account, not through ours. Refunds, invoices and reconciliation are in the same admin as the booking that created them.
From $49/mo, month-to-month, no lock-in, and a 30-day free trial — card required, nothing charged until day 31, cancel any time during the trial. SportLogic’s site asks you to book a demo for a tailored quote. Neither approach is wrong; they are just different, and you should know which one you are choosing.
SportLogic name tennis, pickleball, badminton, padel and squash. Sweepa runs those alongside futsal, netball, basketball and hockey on the same site, which matters if your courts change sport at 6pm.
A comparison that only lists our wins is an advertisement. Here is what they have and we do not.
Their site lists POS and staffing, and inventory and stock control. Sweepa has no point of sale and no stock levels. If you sell grips, drinks and restrings across a counter and want that in the same system, SportLogic does it and Sweepa does not.
Their centre operators page lists direct debit alongside automated invoicing. Sweepa charges cards through your Stripe account. If your memberships run on a direct debit book, that is a difference worth asking both of us about.
“Since 2006”, across Australia and New Zealand, in a market Sweepa is newer to. Their site also lists multiple languages, tax systems and currencies. Sweepa is AUD-only. Longevity in racquet sport is a real thing to buy, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If one of these is how you run your club, you should know before you switch, not after.
Sweepa runs a real finals bracket: seed the top 2, 4 or 8 off the ladder, quarters through to a grand final with an optional third-place playoff, and winners advance automatically as results go in. What it does not run yet is a standalone draw — a one-weekend club championship or open with no season behind it — because the bracket seeds off a league ladder.
Sweepa emails and texts your members about their bookings, their lessons and their fixtures. It does not chase them for a Google review after they play. You can send that yourself from a broadcast; it is not automated.
Sweepa writes the caption and builds the graphic from your own programs. Scheduling it straight to Instagram or Facebook is waiting on Meta’s app review — until that is approved, you copy the post across. We would rather say that than imply it publishes today.
The transfer market connects players and teams across venues on Sweepa. It is not a public listings site, it is not a find-a-hit board open to the whole internet, and it does not bring in players from outside the network. It is real demand, from a real network, and it is not the whole internet.
Sweepa bills in AUD and your customers pay in AUD. Timezone, currency and locale are AU-first today. SportLogic’s site lists multiple languages, tax systems and currencies; we do not. If you are outside Australia, talk to us first — the platform runs, but this is the sharp edge.
On Academy and Squad you export a spreadsheet and Sweepa imports your people and your upcoming schedule. It does not bring across invoices, balances or payment history — those stay in your old system until they are settled. Club plans get hands-on help.
Ask SportLogic for an export of your members and your upcoming bookings in CSV or Excel — that is what Sweepa reads. We have never used their admin, so we are not going to tell you which button to press.
Upload the spreadsheets at Setup → Import my data. Sweepa reads them, shows you what it found, and imports only what you tick. Nothing is emailed to your members and nothing is charged.
Keep SportLogic open, read-only, until the term or season you are mid-way through has finished. Invoices and results stay where they were raised.
New term, new fixtures, one system. Your members keep the same email address, so they do not have to be told twice.
