Spawtz is built for social sport leagues, and it is good at them. If your venue is a league operation and nothing else, it may well be enough. Sweepa is for venues where the leagues are one of several things paying the rent.
Written by the people who build Sweepa. Everything below about Spawtz is what their public site said on 26 August 2026 — check it yourself, and tell us if we have it wrong. We do not quote their prices, because prices change and ours is the only one we can promise.
Fixtures, ladders, finals and team fees, plus the casual court hire, the coaching term and the holiday camp running on the same courts — in one calendar, with one customer record and one payout.
A branded public site on your own subdomain (or your own domain) with your booking, registration and competition pages already on it. Not a separate web project.
Money goes to your account, not through ours. Refunds, invoices and reconciliation are in the same admin as the booking that created them.
Sweepa knows whether a program is for adults or juniors and asks accordingly. Nobody signing up for Tuesday-night social futsal is asked for a parent’s name.
Players looking for teams and teams looking for players, across every venue on Sweepa. A short team on Wednesday is a fillable gap, not a forfeit.
Coaches mark the roll from the court and file an incident where it happened.
If one of these is how you run your venue, you should know before you switch, not after.
Sweepa runs leagues and seasons with ladders, fixtures and finals. A standalone knockout or round-robin tournament — a one-weekend cup with its own bracket — is not a format yet. Teams, fees and scheduling all work; the bracket is the missing piece.
Sweepa emails and texts your customers about their bookings. It does not chase them for a Google review after they play. You can send that yourself from a broadcast; it is not automated.
Sweepa writes the caption and builds the graphic from your own programs. Scheduling it straight to Instagram or Facebook is waiting on Meta’s app review — until that is approved, you copy the post across. We would rather say that than imply it publishes today.
The transfer market connects players and teams across venues on Sweepa. It is not a public listings site, and it does not bring in players from outside the network. It is real demand, from a real network, and it is not the whole internet.
Sweepa bills in AUD and your customers pay in AUD. Timezone, currency and locale are AU-first today. If you are outside Australia, talk to us first — the platform runs, but this is the sharp edge.
On Academy and Squad you export a spreadsheet and Sweepa imports your people and your upcoming schedule. It does not bring across invoices, balances or payment history — those stay in your old system until they are settled. Club plans get hands-on help.
Player list, teams and fixtures come out of the admin console as Excel, per season. Bookings export from a date-range search.
Upload the spreadsheets at Setup → Import my data. Sweepa reads them, shows you what it found, and imports only what you tick. Nothing is emailed and nothing is charged.
Keep Spawtz open, read-only, until the season you are mid-way through has finished. Invoices and results stay where they were raised.
New season, new fixtures, one system. Your members keep the same email address, so they do not have to be told twice.
Step-by-step, including where the export button lives: Switching from Spawtz, PlayHQ or GameDay.
