ClubSpark is club management and booking software for clubs, coaches, operators and national associations, and it arrives through the federation. Sweepa is for centres running a business — coaching, court hire, memberships and competitions — where the federation flow only covers part of the week.
Before anything else: if you are an affiliated tennis club, your association’s booking tool may already be provided to you, possibly at no cost. If that covers what you do, keep it. We would rather say that at the top of the page than at the end of a sales call.
Written by the people who build Sweepa. Everything below about ClubSpark is what their public site said on 3 September 2026 — check it yourself, and tell us if we have it wrong. We do not quote their prices, because they do not publish one and ours is the only one we can promise.
The people who book, join and enter are your venue’s contacts, in your venue’s database, reachable from your venue’s broadcast tool. Not a list you are a tenant of.
Your Stripe account, your payouts, your bank. Refunds, invoices and reconciliation are in the same admin as the booking that created them.
Casual hire and recurring blocks, plus coaching terms, holiday camps, junior programs, in-house leagues and open games — on one calendar, so a camp cannot double-book a court a member has already paid for.
ClubSpark lists competitions too. The difference is what shares the calendar: fixtures, ladders, grading and finals sit beside the lesson, the camp and the casual hire, with team fees and captain-pays-then-squad-pays splits.
From $49/mo, month-to-month, no lock-in, and a 30-day free trial — card required, nothing charged until day 31, cancel any time during the trial. ClubSpark’s site does not publish a price; its call to action is to book a demo.
Sweepa is made in Australia for Australian venues: AUD, Australian timezones, Australian state activity vouchers, Stripe into an Australian bank account. ClubSpark’s footer reads “© 2024 Clubspark Group Limited”, a UK company, and the country dropdown on their SmartAccess enquiry form listed only the United Kingdom and the United States on 3 September 2026.
A comparison that only lists our wins is an advertisement. Here is what they have and we do not.
Their site describes managing multiple gates and entry points, each fitted with a pin code keypad and a proximity reader, and LED floodlights that can be set to turn on automatically if there is a booking. Sweepa can drive access and lighting off the booking schedule, but it does not sell you the gate, the keypad or the controller. If you want one company to supply the hardware and the software, that is them, not us.
They list the ITF, LTA, ITA, USTA, Tennis Australia and World Tennis Number as partners. Sweepa has no relationship with any governing body and does not pretend to. If your competitions, rankings or affiliation reporting have to flow to a national body, ask them first.
Their site says 15,000+ sports businesses, and their own Tennis Australia “Book a Court” case study states 56 venues nationwide, 486 courts and over 53,000 bookings made in 2017, from a 2015/16 pilot. Those are their numbers, read on 3 September 2026. Sweepa is younger and smaller, and we do not publish a customer count because ours would be a boast rather than a fact you can use.
If one of these is how you run your club, you should know before you switch, not after.
Sweepa runs a real finals bracket: seed the top 2, 4 or 8 off the ladder, quarters through to a grand final with an optional third-place playoff, and winners advance automatically as results go in. What it does not run yet is a standalone draw — a one-weekend club championship or open with no season behind it — because the bracket seeds off a league ladder.
Sweepa emails and texts your members about their bookings, their lessons and their fixtures. It does not chase them for a Google review after they play. You can send that yourself from a broadcast; it is not automated.
Sweepa writes the caption and builds the graphic from your own programs. Scheduling it straight to Instagram or Facebook is waiting on Meta’s app review — until that is approved, you copy the post across. We would rather say that than imply it publishes today.
The transfer market connects players and teams across venues on Sweepa. It is not a public listings site, it is not a find-a-hit board open to the whole internet, and it does not bring in players from outside the network. It is real demand, from a real network, and it is not the whole internet.
Sweepa bills in AUD and your customers pay in AUD. Timezone, currency and locale are AU-first today. If you are outside Australia, talk to us first — the platform runs, but this is the sharp edge, and ClubSpark is a UK company with a longer reach than ours.
On Academy and Squad you export a spreadsheet and Sweepa imports your people and your upcoming schedule. It does not bring across invoices, balances or payment history — those stay in your old system until they are settled. Club plans get hands-on help.
Ask ClubSpark for an export of your members and your upcoming bookings in CSV or Excel — that is what Sweepa reads. We have never used their admin, so we are not going to tell you which button to press.
Upload the spreadsheets at Setup → Import my data. Sweepa reads them, shows you what it found, and imports only what you tick. Nothing is emailed to your members and nothing is charged.
Keep the old system open, read-only, until the season or term you are mid-way through has finished. Invoices and results stay where they were raised. If your association’s flow has to keep running, keep it running.
New season, new fixtures, one system. Your members keep the same email address, so they do not have to be told twice.
